Interstate 17 South near Exit Number Bumble Bee
Highway Patrol like to sit up at the top of the ramp where they can’t be seen by southbound traffic due to terrain. They usually don’t even need to use radar, but sometimes do. It is a long down-hill grade with posted speed limits of 60-65. Most people go 75-80. They seem to be looking for serious speeders, in excess of 70-75. The lower speed limits are for the many blind curves.
