Chandler, Arizona Speed Traps

This one is located right in front of Hamilton High School in the turn-in to the student parking lot. Motorcycle cops are there all the time, and they hide in the median. Be careful!

Watch out for an unmarked cop car that catches speeders on Chandler Boulevard. Luckily I haven’t been pulled over myself so I don’t have all the details, but I see him every now and then with someone pulled over, usually on Chandler Blvd.
The car is a blue Dodge Durango, with regular plates and no obvious antennas.

Red light camera with "trip" wires and markings clear into the intersection. Catches you even if you cleared the light legally. Radar speed triggers at 50mph. Don’t even think of blowing this light or speeding. Also, if you get caught and just pay the fine, you have to go to "traffic school" anyway.

There is a motorcycle cop that sits in a driveway on the south side of the road east of Mcqueen. Keep it slow in this area, he’s unforgiving

On Chandler Blvd. about 1/4 mile west of Kyrene there is a "bridge" over a wash, on the north side of the street there is a spot that a cop will sit and clock every car heading west. Nearly impossible to know they are there. Will pull over if going over 50mph. Speed limit is 45mph. Too many hit and runs around that area.
