Congress, Arizona Speed Traps

On Highway 71 between Highway 89 and 93 there is a small town named Congress. The Law enforcement generally sit on the north side of the road as you are entering Congress. The Speed drops from 65 to 40 mph as your entering into town, the officers use that point to entrap the motorists. The exact location of the officers is Chittenden St and Highway 71 but they use their radar a ways away from that location. Be careful entering town.
