W Baseline Rd & 40th Avenue

Two Phoenix Police Motorcycle Officers sit facing southbound 40th Avenue toward West Baseline with radar enforcing 35 mph school zone across from Cesar Chavez High School. One Officer works westbound traffic as the second Officer works eastbound traffic.

S 43rd Ave & W Broadway Road

Maricopa County Sheriff with have solo vehicle speed trap sitting on W Wier facing West or on Broadway Road, West of S 43rd Avenue facing East. Intersection @ 43rd Ave and W Broadway is uncontrolled stop sign only. Maricopa Sheriff’s Deputy will conduct suspected immigration and observed traffic violations. In some cases, they will run deuce with a second vehicle on West Broadway Road about 1/4 mile East of 43rd Avenue.
