Stay out of this area past 11PM. There is a high concentration of Bars in the Area and they will pull you over for anything (real or not) after 11PM.
SR-51 between the Shea and Glendale exits
The highway has posted 65 MPH for most of the 11 miles of the freeway, until you hit the Glendale(lincoln) exit. The speed then turns to 55 MPH. I’ve knoticed that even before that sign cops will pull someone over for going 65.
SR 51 / Northern overpass
there is a cop car sitting on dreamy draw drive every morning on my way north to school. traffic is fairly light so it would be easy for them to single one driver out.
15th Ave. & Bethany Home Rd.

43rd Avenue and Acoma
Phoenix PD motorcycle cop with radar gun sits on the West side of 43rd Avenue, on Acoma – halfway between Greenway and Thunderbird Rd. Catches speeders going mostly sounthbound. Two officers have been known to work in tandem – Northbound and Southbound. Posted limit is 45 mph, but speeds can reach 60 mph in this stretch.
