Bay, Arkansas Speed Traps

Local police officers and state troopers constantly patrol Hwy 463 that passes through the center of the small town. The speed limit drops from 55 to 35. Today, there was a police officer on one side of the highway and a trooper on the other writing tickets as I drove through. They often park near the city limit signs or under the overpass and tag someone as they are entering the town.
