Calico Rock, Arkansas Speed Traps

State Trooper sits facing east on pull-off area just past the Piney Creek bridge coming toward Calico Rock and just past 44 Lumber Company coming from Calico Rock. He sits in the weeds, so be careful even if you don’t see him right off, cuz he might be there. At night, you can sometimes see his reflectors in your headlights if you’re watching closely.

State Trooper sits at the roadside park at the top of the hill before you get to Piney Creek if you are coming toward Calico Rock and just after the creek if you are coming from Calico Rock. He will write a ticket at 6 mph over. Oh, and don’t call him Officer, call him "Trooper"
