Dell, Arkansas Speed Traps

The speed limit at the edge of town goes back up to 55 and the police will sit at the new power plant, at a used car lot on the right (in an empty space for a car) and even on the shoulder with no lights on whatsoever. Most people are either looking at the construction of this huge plant or not watching speed since city limit extends out for another 2 miles from edge of town.
