Hughes, Arkansas Speed Traps

From the city of Marianna to Interstate 40 on Hwy 79 there are no speed limit signs until you come to Hughes 20+ miles later and then a 45 mph sign and another 45 mph sign 100 yards from the first. The police sit somewhere off to the right side of the city street. The 79 Hwy hooks left around the city with no visible obstacles for your speed slowing to 45 ( homes, crossings, traffic lights) and then picks back up to 55 mph all the way to Interstate 40. So there is a 100 yard stretch of 45 mph for no apparent reason.
