Cop sits between brick entrace walls of subdivision just west of Harrisburg road. They are more likely to go after eastbound traffic, but firmly practice ‘nine you’re fine. ten you’re mine.’

Arkansas State Police constant patrol of Very wide 4-Lane US Highway. Normal flow of traffic is faster that posted speed limit and ASP seems to prey on this. (Jonesboro to Hoxie)
