Paris, Arkansas Speed Traps

Cops like to patrol 5th street, I believe part of it is in city limits (25) and part of it is outside of city limits (35), and its marked by a narrow bridge. Cops like to sit right on the grass beside the bridge and wait for people to go speeding by, since most people don’t see the 25 mph sign. I’ve been stopped for forgetting to slow down to 25 before. I’ve noticed them a lot around 7:45 AM because students are rushing to get to school. Right after school around 3:15-3:30 is bad because the Boys & Girls Club is right there on 5th Street. And sometimes late at night, people like to race and speed (excessively) because no one hardly travels that road, so be careful! They are almost always patrolling it.
