Police Enforcer will be just past MiChild, set off the road. To the east is a hill that crests and levels off, and he will shoot and try to get people heading WEST. OR The officer will enforce a 20mph speed limit that goes the length of the road until you are well past apartment complex on right. This speed limit is ridiculous due to the fact that MiChild NEVER lets out the "special" children, and the fact it is a 24×7 speed limit.

According to the Courier Democrat, (a local paper) this is by request of the Mayor and the city counsel who asked the Chief to beef up issuing tickets to aid in the cities revenue shortfall problems.
