Mill Bay, British Columbia Speed Traps

As you come down the highway approaching Mill Bay where the gas station/McDonald’s and the turn-off for Brentwood College are, there’s often a police officer waiting at the bottom of the hill. The speed limit changes right at the crest of the hill but by the time you see the officer, it’s too late. I’ve seen this speed trap countless times.

North Bound coming into Mill Bay at or near first set of traffic lights. Posted limit is 90KMH, 55MPH. Traffic does 100KPH minimum on a very good road. South bound near this area is also enforced but not as frequently.
