Motorcycle or car will be parked on Rupert Road on either side of Stingy facing the intersection. Pulls over any motorist who does not make a full and complete stop at the intersection. Have seen traffic stops all times of day and night.

APD officer on motorcycle usually just south of the ACID canal backed up into the pine trees located there but still visible, targets both north and southbound traffic.
