Anza, California Speed Traps

As you exit the city you go uphill then quickly pickup speed as you go downhill. Oncoming traffic has not entered the 45mph zone, but as you pick up speed you can easily go go over 45mph and you have not entered the 55 mph zone. 55 mph for those entering, but 45 mph for you as you exit, CHP usually hangs around the there when they need to meet their quota, I suppose.
