Motorcycle Cop sits behind bushes facing north boud traffic of Highway 99

South of Breckenridge. HWY Patrol sits against orange groves in morning shade very hard to see. Speed limit 55 will usually ticket over 60.

The CA Highway Patrol sits on top of the overpass from 7th Standard Road/Merle Haggard Drive watching the southbound traffice on Highway 99 entering Bakersfield. The motorcycle officer is there from 10 AM until about 3 PM on weekdays and continuously writes speeding tickts.

Motorcylce officer parks on south El Portal and radars speeds driving on Ming Ave. I live down the street and always see them pulling people over.

Usually motorcycle cop sitting even with decorative mailboxes on the east side of the street, but sometimes on the frontage road right before the Manor Street exit. Radar Gun.
