Baldwin Hills, California Speed Traps

If you travel South on La Brea Avenue from Stocker it becomes a fairly steep down hill, winding drive. Towards the bottom, on the right-hand side is a turn-out-alley way adjacent to a community park. The speed limit is like 45 mph but most people pick up speed traveling down the steep hill. The officers sit at the edge of the alley/park and wait for speeders.
