Where Shattuck splits a motorcycle officer sits on the side walk tagging speeders, light runners and jay-walkers! This is usually in the morning @ about 7:30am -9am

The posted speed limit is 25mph, but the follow of traffic is almost never below 35-40mph. Officers will give tickets for going as slow as 30mph, regardless of whether you are driving with the flow of traffic. It’s easy to drive faster since there are three wide lanes and longer stretches between stop lights, but the tickets are impossible to fight! Be careful!

Just don’t "california roll" through the stop sign, because there’s usually a police car parked nearby (I’ve seen it with its lights off in the evening/rush hour), waiting for folks to rush past the stop sign at that intersection.
