Beverly Hills, California Speed Traps
Charleville Road near Between Spalding & Beverly
Quoto hungry cops who are bored (there hasn’t been a murder in Beverly Hills in 10 years) park their SUV’s on side streets, this also applies to Gregory Way, and pull over "California-rollers" at one of the gazillion stop signs that line these two streets. People use this as a short cut to avoid congested Olympic and Wilshire, and the cops know it and realize people don’t want to make full stops at every stop sign.
San Ysidro In between the First stop sign and the second one off of Tower Rd
sits in the driveway right before or right after the S curve and nails anyone going over 40 i think
Alpine Drive (between Sunset & Santa Monica Blvds.)
About once a month, (usually mid-month) a single motor-cop with a radar gun will set up to catch northbound speeders.
Palm Drive (between Sunset & Santa Monica Blvds.)
About mid month, you’ll find a motorcop set up in a shady area who pegs off anyone who’s going over the 25MPH limit.
