Interstate 59/20 near Mercedes Plant and Exit 100
Although construction is almost complete and is no longer visible for the most part, the 55-mile per hour speed limit is still in force for a 3-lane interstate that looks complete. Marked and unmarked cars are out during morning and evening rush hours and sometimes at other times. Multiple motorists are stopped every day and apparently receive double fines!
