CHP and local Sherrif’s units. Traveling Southbound on Lewis, the road flares out from on to three lanes just after you pass Germain street. To the right there is an house which blocks your view of the unit until you are already on top of it. The speed limit on this stretch is 50MPH, but many travel at 60+
Adolfo Road near Mission Oaks Boulevard
Vehicle and Motorcycle units. Park in the side streets approaching Mission Oaks blvd in the morning rush for Adolfo Camarillo High School traffic. They also hide on the opposite side in the afternoon my the access road for the Callegus creek water district on Adolfo head toward Lewis Road.
Ponderosa Avenue near Temple Street
Motorcylce cops park in the parking lot entrance of the Apartment complex in the curve of the road just before the light at Temple. The spped limit is 45MPH, but most people travel at higher speeds. By the time you are on top of the position it is too late, especially now with LIDAR.
Las Posas / Upland Road near Santa Rosa Road
Motorcycle unit parks on the side streets during morning rush hour targeting vehicles headed South east down upland as they approach the light at Santa Rosa Road.
