Motorcylce cops park in the parking lot entrance of the Apartment complex in the curve of the road just before the light at Temple. The spped limit is 45MPH, but most people travel at higher speeds. By the time you are on top of the position it is too late, especially now with LIDAR.
CHP units hide on the top of the Southbound on ramp. They are obstructed from the passing cars view by a row of large trees. The speed limit on the freeway in this area is 65MPH, but most travel at 75-80 in the evening hours. I am a 30+ year resident of Camarillo. I seen almost all of them in town and the list on this site is a short one when interesction violation enforecment traps are added.
