Campbell, California Speed Traps

Their is an asian church on Winchester Avenue and the Campbell Cops just got Lidar and they have about 3-4 cop cars in the church parking lot in the late afternoon. The cops are using the Lidar on the cars heading north on Winchester.

Campbell police have been hitting northbound Bascom between Dry Creek and Campbell Ave. pretty hard for the past few weeks. I have been using Union Ave. northbound with no problems. Other than a stupid radar trailer that Does Not give tickets. I cruise around 10-15+ above limit and no sign of PD. I guess they think the trailer will slow everyone down. Dont know about the afternoon (southbound)but prob the same.

Campbell, CA. Going north on Burrows Street between Pollard Road and Hacienda Avenue. The speed limit is 25 mph. Cops sit up any of the side streets or right on Burrows and use a radar gun.

On Salmar Ave going toward Hamilton Ave(Driving North) right as you make the turn on the blind corner, 4+ cops sit in the Frys Electronics parking lot with the gun pointed up the street

Many people use this as a shortcut to 17, but watch out!
The cops love to sit in the parking lots between Union and Cristich, where the speed limit is 20. Considering that Union is 30 and Cristich is 25, McGlincy’s 20 MPH is easy to miss. Luckily, most cops will just give you a warning.
