Going South from Madison onto Dewey,they are heavily enforcing maximum speeds. I have seen as many as 6 CHP vehicles at one time around St.James Street. There is also a sign showing the speed limit with your speed displayed underneath. It also says MAXIMUM ENFORCEMENT AREA. The maximum enforcement sign is not always there, so you think you’re safe, but you’re not! Be Careful!
