After getting off the 405 Fwy. So. at the Alameda Blvd. exit and heading southbound, the officer is parked in a dirt driveway used by Railroad Personnel on the righthand side. His vehicle is hidden by chainlink fencing and bushes. I believe the driveway he is parked on is private property.
