From PCH going to San Juan Capistrano the speed changes from 40 mph to Stonehill, then changes to 35 mph to Camino del Avion, then changes to 45 mph. They sould make the whole thing 40 mph. It makes sense to me.

Sheriff’s Motorcycle hides on sidewalk behind bushes north bound on Golden Lantern just past Point Sutton entrance to Harbor Point Apartments.
Dana Point Harbor Drive near US Highway PCH 1
it is a 30 mph zone which and the moto police hide in the middle of the street behind a bush on this harbor drive right before coming to the pch intersection. I looked today 5-12-07 there were no radar enforcement signs!
State Highway PCH near Before Del Opispo
Motor cycle cop is on PCH in the McDonalds parking lot almost every morning with his radar gun. He is constantly writing tickets earining his quota, and he is very rude at that.
