Fairfield, California Speed Traps

The Police are on bikes and sometimes cruisers sit at the top and bottom of the hill at the beginning of Hilborn (Near Safeway). Most of the traps are obvious but the most hidden trap is the bike cop hidden behind the entrance to the back gate of The Pointe Apartments.. He will wait till you pass and trigger you with a laser.. its a quick beep .. he knows you dont see him is why he usually triggers you after you’ve pass’d him. (Recommendation) Even with a radar detector if you dont see him he will get you first so follow others and slow down once you hear that quick beep from your radar detector

Motorcycle officers sit right near the curve and tag people.

Motorcycle Police will sit just outside the entrance to the hospital gate at Travis afb. They cannot be seen from the road, they are hidden by trees. The speed limit drops just before there to 35 from 45. Be careful.

Going South on Peabody, as you come over the last hill before Freitas Way. Motorcycle officers on the right side of the road.
