Fremont, California Speed Traps
Policeman with motobike shading in the side parking , enforced in AM/PM rush hours like 8.30am-9.30am and 5.30pm – 6.30pm
From I-680 Mission 238 exit all the way to Castro Rd, there are cops (motorcycles) camp at the park lot along the way waiting for people travel over the speed limit (limit at 40, but people usually go higher due to the downhill grade of the road)
North Bound on Paseo Padre Parkway approaching the light at Deep Creek, the motorcycle cop hides in the driveway of the small strip mall on the right at the bottom of the hill
A policeman sits at the corner of Sundance/Paseo, he waits for you to either roll the stopsign or speed by him, i live near this intersection and i’ve seen him there about every 3 weeks.
Motorcycle cop sits in west side of parking lot of this shopping center to catch speeders. There is about a block radius in which the speed limit is 35mph compared to the 45mph posted before the hill you are coming down. This police officer has definately made his quota for the year and is looking to retire soon. Slow down. I live within watching distance and find it to be quite entertaining.
