Fresno, California Speed Traps

They are on the motorcycles under the trees on the south side of Shaw near Shaw and 6th area.

This trap is on Olive Ave between Peach and Willow Ave. I believe the actual street that the Cruiser "camps" at is Helm St. The Cruiser will always be on the South side of Olive just west of an apartment community. His car will be facing North. He checks both East and West bound traffic on Olive Ave. I selected AM Rush traffic, but I’ve also seen him during PM Rush traffic as well.

The speed limit on Olive is 40 MPH. Most vehicles regularly travel at 45-50 MPH. I ALWAYS slow down to under 45 MPH when I pass Helm ave. I have seen this guy pull out both behind and in front of me and get people. Please be careful and watch your speed!

Motorcycle police officer sits in the shade incognito on the North side street of Minnewawwa. Autos coming off of Clovis Ave and the rural areas still have a lead foot when driving into this urban area.

Motorcycle cops will park under the trees in the median and by bushes at the sides North of Church, and around buildings at the intersection. Beware if you’re heading southbound, when you pop up the hill after going under 41 you have almost no time to slow down before they can tag you.

Motorcycle cop regularly sits under trees at Shaw/6th and radars cars heading (mainly) EB on Shaw. He doesn’t have to go far from North East Division HQ to fill his quota!
