They installed a traffic light @ Valley Center then about 300 ft is a stop sigh @ Willow Ave. Police sit on Willow and wait for people to rolling stop westbound then catch them. Every morning they get 2-6 people
US Highway 210 near Exit Number Sunflower
Caution Exiting the 210 Fwy at Sunflower exit. Motor officers (usually 2) hide out of view watching for rolling stops at bottom of exit.
Interstate 210 near Exit Number Sunflower
Sits at off ramp for people to run the stop sign in the morning west bound.
210 Freeway Expressway near 210 Freeway Expressway
Off the freeway West bound motorcycle cops everymorning to the right of the offramp.
US Highway Arrow Hwy near Bonnie Cove Avenue
The motor bike cop sits with his radar in one of the office building driveways. It’s very sneaky since it is the last part of the highway that’s 40 MPH before turning 45 MPH. Could be fought in court for a "speed trap." This only applies when you are heading east towards the west.
