Motorcycle cop sits on Encino Ave. under overhanging tree branches, making it difficult to spot him. He tickets driver after driver repetitively between approximately 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, as they drive down Roscoe Blvd. Received a speeding ticket and watched him pull over two other vehicles while I read the ticket. Upon my return to check out area, I watched him give out 3 more tickets, one right after the other. I’ve since seen him at that spot frequently, giving out tickets.

This speedtrap begins about Balboa Avenue to Zelzah Avenue on San Fernando Mission Blvd. It happens at any point of day or night. Constant monotoring. Speed limit suddenly drops to 25 MPH between White Oak and Zelzah, so a lot of the activity is there at night. Durring the day it is more towards Balboa, but beware all times of the day/night. Oh and look out for some parked by the new Stop sign on White Oak. They will not allow a "California Stop". Good luck.
