Granite Bay, California Speed Traps

A force of maybe 5-7 Highway Patrol officers using hand pointed guns, got me yesterday on Douglas Blvd ( cops sitting in the Lutheran Church parking lot)first ticket in 25 years. On my way back, maybe a 2 mile stretch I saw over 5 Hwy Patrol cars with pulled over people! On a side note, when I got pulled over the Cops rushing(they pulled over a couple others at that same moment) out of the church parking lot caused such commotion that it caused two accidents right where I got pulled over.. me thinking, these erratic driving cops are responsible these big accidents?

Although a 25 mph zone exists, it is very difficult to go this slow without irritating most drivers. The traffic cop is not always there and is visible only after it is too late to slow down. He has you on radar before you see him. It appears that stops are rare if in the 30-35 mph area. I live quite close to this street.
