An officer will sit on healdsburg ave facing north, usually with all lights up waiting for someone to commit an infraction or generally break the law, healdsburg cops do not have moving radar, or at least last I checked they didnt, so as long as the cop is not stopped, or trailing you you’re ok on speed, the main problem is they prey on the smallest infractions
