Hemet, California Speed Traps

Watch out while traveling on 7th St near San Jacinto Ave by the AM/PM. There are both cars and motorcycle cops there waiting. Speed limit is I think 25 or 30 and it is very easy to go much faster. Just be careful and watch your speed.

When traveling Hwy 74 as it turns into Florida Ave entering or leaving Hemet, watch for a permanent motorcycle officer at the Marie Callender’s Parking lot, or parked across the street. Speed limit changes from 55 to 35 eastbound, and 35 to 40 westbound. Hemet has a huge motorcycle officer, ticket producing presence.
