Benjamin Dr.

Ladera Ranch, CaliforniaJan 26, 20100 Comments

In the morning CHP and Sheriff’s units sit on Benjamin Dr. near traffic circle. Officer uses radar and visually stands at corner of Artisan and Benjamin watching for fast traffic coming down Benjamin in the morning. AM traffic volume is high between Antonio Parkway and Crown Valley Parkway due to short-cut to South I-5 for people coming from Wagon Wheel, Coto de Caza, Rancho Santa Margarita, etc.

Crown Valley Parkway

Be careful during morning drive time coming out of Ladera Ranch on the Crown Valley Parkway Bridge.

An Orange County Sheriff’s motorcycle cop likes to sit on the upslope secton of Crown Valley Parkway in Mission Viejo land. He uses radar gun to nail drivers at around 8:45 to 9 AM … right when he knows you’re late for work and the road is busy too.

He likes to sit on the parking lot driveway near the Montessori School, Donut Shop, and Laundromat. He likes to pull people into the parking lot and/or into the right turn lane going to Marguerite Parkway.

For a while he would sit his bike on Jardines looking down the grade at people driving up. When he does that and if you are in the right lane coming over the bridge, you can see him coming down the grade of Crown Valley Parkway to the bridge. Keep a look out for the guy.

The Motorcycle cop parks in broad daylight with his bike so you can see him a half mile away. If you’re in the center lane or left lane going towards Mission Viejo, you may miss him if you have a large SUV or truck to your front right.

Noticed that the Marguerite Motorcycle cop had made is way to Ladera Ranch. Upon enter Ladera Ranch I saw that he was hiding on the sidewalk, behind the light pool, on the right side, at the intersection of Crown Valley and Cecil Pasture. Very hard to notice because one you begin to cross the bridge traffic speads up getting into Ladera Ranch.

O’Neill Drive near Dogwood Park

This Area Patrolled by Highway Patrol. Currently this area is under construction for the New Dog Park. They Are Currently Installing Trafic Signals. Currently There Is Posting for No Right Turns, However the Officer Is Pretty Sneaky by Placing His Car in Such a Way it Appears That You Can Not Make a Left Turn Therefore You Are Forced to Make a Right Turn, as Soon as He Sees You He Moves His Car Forward to Block the Left Turn, and Then as Soon as You Make That Right Turn by No Choice He Pulls You over (Entrapment I Would Say)
