La Paz Boulevard near Paseo de Valencia
Motorcycle cop sits at street right before Paseo de Valencia when heading west on La Paz getting people coming out of the blind curve. Speed limit drops to 40 and 25 when the school lets out across the street.
Moulton Parkway near Alicia Parkway
Motorcycle cop sits on the east side of Moulton at Gordon (1 block south of Alicia) and aims at northbound traffic coming down over a grade. This is a particularly dangerous intersection due to the obstructed view. I have witnessed many close calls here and even one fatal crash.
Avenida De La Carlota Road near Lake Forest Drive
If you exit the 5 South Bound freeway at Lake Forest; you should be aware that if you cross Lake Forest (traveling onto Ave. De La Carlota) there is often a motor cop with a radar gun sitting in the parking lot of the Courtyard Hotel parking lot seeking speeders from either direction. It is on the right side; inside the curve; and hard to see until you are there.
