This stretch of road is in the midst of being widened. There is a stop sign and a Texaco station in the middle of nowhere. In this area, they have dropped the limit to 45, where it could easily be 70-75. CHP is making a mint targeting out-of-town travelers, knowing they won’t be able to return for court.
