Menifee, California Speed Traps

Officer sits with radar during morning and afternoon school traffic.

There’s been roadwork going on at this intersection for the past couple of years, the traffic sensor rings in the road are unreliable/won’t always pick up single cars. Waited over 5 minutes on the signal after 10PM. No other vehicles/lights in sight. Had my left hand turn signal on and safely executed the turn. Officer sitting blacked out behind the Walgreen’s. Said they get a lot of people there, and told me that I should’ve backed up and drove forward until the sensor picked me up! Ha! Easy 500 dollar ticket. Watch out for them!

RSO and Menifee Police monitor this area between noon and 2:30 PM when school is letting out.

Police will be off to the side on Garboni Road watching for speeders and stop sign rollers at the Garboni and Murrieta intersection at night.

Be careful on McCall Boulevard; law enforcement likes to monitor this road for speed.
