Millbrae Ave and Rollins Street intersection

Millbrae, CaliforniaApr 04, 20101 Comments

Photo Camera on the big intersection of Millbrae and Rollins Street/near the Bart Station Parking Lot. The camera will click on your car, if you make a right turn. Be sure to come to a complete and full stop. During the past few weeks, the camera’s seem to be snapping pics of the first car making right turns in all directions, even if they come to a complete stop. Don’t know if it’s testing the cameras, as it’s legal to make a right turn onto Rollins or from Rollins to Millbrae Street going East after you stop,

Northbound on 280 in Millbrae at the Larkspur Street on-ramp. CHP hides on the onramp. Very often there are two of them.

On I280 northbound, there are often several CHP waiting on the shoulder of the Larkspur Dr onramp, just before the Skyline Dr exit. Speed limit is 65mph but traffic is usually much faster than that, especially going down the hill into San Bruno.

As you exit 101 South onto Millbrae Ave, there is a street near a gas station parking lot that a patrol car can hide in. Once you exit with freeway speeds, you get nabbed.

CHP Park on the hillcrest on ramp to I-280N. So if you are on I-280N slow down to the speed limit 65. I have been noticing that they have been parking there.
