Millbrae, California Speed Traps

Just as you start to go down the steepest part of Hillcrest Bvld., a cop sits with his slick top police car at the bottom of the hill on a side street on the right. He clocks you with either radar or laser as soon as you come over the crest of the hill. He is hard to see because he uses a slick top and is underneath a tree. The posted speed limit is 25, but it is hard to go that speed unless you are riding your brakes or using a low gear(average speed is about 35). Watch out!
