3 motorcycle cops

I drive pass these area almost everyday, and I always see CHP hiding on these Ramps. I see CHP pulled over a lot of drivers in the pass two years.

Two cops on motorcycles under a big shade tree sit there im the dark shade waiting for cars to speed by. Especially right after 2:30 pm.

As you travel East 2 lanes merge to 1 , one driver yields to another who speeds up to merge. Speed posted 40 Usually 3 or 4 Motor cops waiting on rt. in private driveway hidden by brush just passed merge point. Mornings and afternoon. Never ticketed but have complained. Answer rec’d “In plain sight policy only applies in one direction, not needed to be ticketing direction.
