Highway Patrol officers hiding under 3 separate underpasses with radar, four more officers stopping multiple drivers near Fawndale exit. Speed limit is still 65 here, traffic doing 70-75, four drivers in a row were stopped at 12:30 p.m. Oct. 13, 2014.
