There is an office that posts himself mid-way between Oxnard and Burbank Blvd on the northbound side of Laurel. about 2-3 times a week on Laurel Cyn. There is a pre-school there making is a school zone. I’ve yet to see any pre-schoolers walking to school mind you. The posted speed limit is 35, but he typically won’t stop you unless you’re exceeding 50. Prevailing traffic seems to maintain about 45 mph. He writes a ticket and gets back into position for the next ticket.

Motorcycle cop sits between parked cars and points radar gun at cars headed north on Coldwater towards Oxnard street as they come around a small curve from Burbank Bl. I’ve seen him on numerous occaisions around 7:30 to 8 in the morning.
