Upper Park Blvd. headed down to Leimert/Estates/Trestle GGle
This is a massive speed trap. I have lived in this neighborhood for 40years. As you head down from Montclair on Park Blvd . the cops hide around the first turn with radar guns People speed up to 50-60mph down this hill. I have seen as many as 20 traffic cops on motorcycles handing out tickets , confiscating cars and arresting people. All us locals know about this. So, if you take the Park Blvd. offramp on 24 & go down the hill GO Slow & look for cops. They radar you at the first turn than radio & have you pulled over at Leimiert & Trestle Glen. they even hire tow trucks to tow your vehicle & they search your car!!. Nobody is going to tell me this is not a trap!!!..we have witnessed it for years!! Beware. The city of Oakland makes a bundle of money on this!
