Orange, California Speed Traps
The entire city of Orange is a speed trap
Orange has been cited by the courts in the past as a speed trap and had to refund tickets. Just look as the geography of the city and it’s size you will see that there isn’t an area that doesn’t have a speed trap. The city changes speed limits on streets from say 50 to 35 and always had a cop sitting right where the speed changes
