Motorcycle officer waits in the Walgreen’s parking lot driveway on Vineyard Ave., which is a short distance from the railroad tracks. Traffic freqently gets backed up at the railroad tracks. The officer will wait to see if any vehicles stuck in traffic fail to observe the legal stopping distance from the railroad tracks. If they don’t, they get ticketed.
