Division Street near West Palmdale Boulevard
Three motorcycle cops (Los Angeles County Sheriff) were at the gas station on that corner with radar guns stopping and citing a large amount of drivers for speed. Traffic cited were driving both North and South on Division Street, North of Palmdale Blvd. (Highway 138).
47th Street East Street near Avenue M Avenue
2 motorcycle officers 1 to chase and the other to use radar Usually there in the morning betwwen 8:15 and 9:30
M Avenue near 50th Street
La County Sheriff Motorcycle officer sits on driveway o farm house, behind the bushes so you don’t see him until you get to him and then its too late. Also he tends to pull over the newer higher priced cars!
R Avenue near 20th East Street
There are usually two motorcycle officers sitting in the drive way of an apartment building approximatly one quarter of a mile West of 20th St East on the North side of the street. When traveling East bound on Ave R, they are very hard to see because they park under the shade of a huge, low hanging tree and behind a 3-4 foot hedge. There is also a newspaper dispenser, bus stop bench, fire hydrant, and a no parking sign in your line of sight. Posted speed limit is 45mph.
