The officer sits on the highest part of the ON ramp going to Sacramento off the Newcastle ramp. Then they roar down the ramp and catch you. If you keep speed to 70-75 they will let you go. Folks usually be going 80-85 since it’s all downhill before Horseshoe Bar Road.
