Cruiser hides out in parking lot of commercial buildings next to and south of the bus stop shelter. Note that the speed limit changes suddenly on Valencia in the curve, from 45 to 35. Usually nabs folks heading northbound on Valencia. Keep an eye out, you can spot him if you look.
