exiting off the 116 at Reseda Blvd, heading west (left off freeway) on Rinaldi towards Wilbur Ave. There are always two motorcycle cops w/radar. Be careful.

When you turn South on Mason off Rinaldi you cross over the 118 FWY. There is a down hill for about 1/4mi. If you do not touch your gas you will be going between 45-50 MPH. The speed limit is 35. So instead of the speed limit being 40 or 45 you have to break which is ridiculous and really bad on gas milage. The cops are often at the 1st side street, standing slightly behind a brick wall with just the radar pointed up the street. Then another cop on motorcycle takes off after the speeder.
