East Roseville Parkway near Galleria Boulevard
Roseville PD Traffic Cops will frequent this location when they have the desire to write many tickets. The road is wide and heavily traveled being 6 lanes. Cops will frequently sit at the entrance of the Pinnacle apartments across from the galleria Mall on their motorcycles, and point their units facing oncoming traffic. I believe that this in and of itself is in violation of the law. However, they pick motorists off like sitting ducks due to the unreasonable low posted safe speed of 45 MPH.
